A couple days of less food and water got me back on track. Phew. My legs are weak though because I neglected my nightly exercise too much. When I do squats, my legs hurt so bummer, but I figure the extreme walking at CMA Fest next week will make up for it. I am very much ready to see Nashville once again. I live in Texas but my heart is in Tennessee.
115.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
