I've been giving myself gold stars for perfect logging and days where calories are <= the daily goal. One week of gold stars!!! I've lost the weight gained during vacation. Now to continue and get back to Dr. Van's recommended goal of 151. I can do this.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
