Today I woke up with a bruised and battered soul.
The journey of unbecoming battling out of a cacoon of deep entrapment is painful and dark. I will not give up this fight for I know my quest is to become pure and quiet, licking wounds of my old self, finding a healed version, a daughter of Mother moon, I feel the bliss of light heat, of ancient Father god, the Sun, as my hands break through the silk strands of yesterday…
266.3 lb Lost so far: 196.7 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
