昨早出門到內湖捷運站由妹夫開車跟爸媽姊妹一起出遊，由於爸媽腿腳不便所以就近到碧山巖遊走一會就找地方泡茶聊天，中午一點半到國父紀念館站旁吃港式飲茶，爸爸在不好拿手機拍照所以沒飲食記錄😅 昨天吃多了澱粉類沒吃青菜回家後補了點木瓜和香蕉
