1400 kcal Fat: 57.19g | Prot: 56.60g | Carb: 175.64g.   Breakfast: Cocoa Powder Mix (No Sugar Added) , Fruit Salad, Woolworths Rolled Oats. Lunch: Broccoli , Coffee with Milk, Woolworths Deluxe Sushi Selection, Woolworths Cold Pressed Carrot Juice. Dinner: Naartjie, Buttanutt Cocoa Macadamia with Dried Banana , Steak, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Coconut Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Candied Ginger, Sweet Cucumber Pickles, Date, Kupiec Rice Cakes, Sliced Ham, Hummus . more...
