Going the wrong way but I am okay I attribute it to eating some junk, but the new workout is a lot more muscle building so perhaps that is the cause of the gain but I am still good with as long as I don't top 195 again no harm no foul

You are doing great and are almost close to your goal weight. I wouldn't worry too much on the 1 lb weight gain. You have got this.

right, weight varies a bit daily, no worries for a pound or so, it's just when the pounds keep going up instead of up and down!! :))

going the wrong way...been there, done that. Keep perspective; its only a pound. You are working out - remember what they say about muscle being denser than fat...that one pound could be muscle!
