hi everyone.
I started on 16 January I weighed at 74kg. I'm now at 69.9kg . I have cut my sugars and carbs and eating 3 meals a day high protein meals. I'm looking to lose 10 kg . I will be logging on every day in order to assist with meals.
154.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
