Had a lovely supper at McAlister's had the Choose Two with Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich and a tasty Garden Salad. I came home and had dessert but still kept my calories and macros in check. Best thing about my meal is it was on a gift card. I don't go there often because of the price but they do use good, fresh ingredients so I get the cost. Found out that Hubs will be back in town for New Year's so that is good. He is training a driver and I don't know if they think he is ready early or what. But I will take seeing Hubs again soon. I work a 1/2 day tomorrow so hoping to get some fun out of it too.
114.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
