Fabulous! Oh I had this long comment on your last journ and then I got distracted w/ work and poof. lol I was saying something about all of us being guilty about not stepping back to look at the big picture. 9 pounds is awesome at any rate. Every ounce counts and we should acknowelege every one that comes and goes. About starving, I hope I have never made you feel that way. You know I just like to get away w/ ALL the calories I can. As for you, or anyone, only you know your body and can determine what feels good on you. I am glad you are listening to your body :)

Thanks! Comment was made from a random-not a buddy. I changed my profile to buddies only. It's just feels so judgmental. We are all unique and our bodies work uniquely. I can't stand when someone judges others based on ONLY their experience. Ugh!
