Down over 70lbs as of today!!!! I am feeling very good today about my progress. My eating and exercise has become a part of my daily life. I am glad that I made the choice to have a healthier lifestyle.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
