This is a new month. I need to address the B12 , Iorn def/ issue as it is slowing my digestion. Tummy bloat and acidity. W e win when we are loved. forget yesterday.
336.6 lb Lost so far: 126.3 lb.    Still to go: 162.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
