I'm happy that I lost this much!! My new goal is shrinking in inches. I've got to start exercising right!! Walking is not going to help. I need cardio!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Me too. I'm going to check out a low-cost gym near my home after work today. I'm bored with walking my neighborhood and keep encountering uncontrolled dogs that skirt around me and then try to sneak up from behind. Potential ankle biters!
