I feel miserable. I've spent $600 on this cleanse and keep gaining all the weight I lost. I have no self discipline. I will start over tomorrow. 2shakes, coffee, and yogurt with cereal only.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
