The scale is not moving again. I am so bloated today, hands so swollen couldn't get my rings on. Trying to drink more water today. Started back on 30 Day Shred so frustrated the scales are moving in the opposite direction right now then they should be. Clothes fit differently just not sure why since weight loss not there still. I am still battling the mental block of my weight loss and now this is crunch time at work. Stress level is high so none of that is positive when it comes to weight loss. Not giving up, can't give up.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hard to give any guidance when you do not log all your food daily. If you are retaining fluid, thus the tight rings, I would look at your daily sodium. I am seeing alot of pita chips in your last entry, probably not the best choice. Try logging all your foods so then you can accurately reflect on what is working and what is not.

Google "why the scale lies". Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so many things can make our weight fluctuate. Exercise causes our muscles to retain water to help them heal, so you can see a temporary gain on the scale while your clothes get more loose. You are losing fat, but your muscles are retaining water so the scale is basically does not always tell the truth. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for months and went down 4 sizes. Just keep going and it will even out. The scale will catch up eventually and you will be smaller and leaner. The retaining of fluid in you hands may be too much sodium like healthybabs said. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium.

I agree with Suzi! Hang in there and keep doing what you are doing.
