Well, here I am 12 lbs heavier than when I joined this thing! Ha! Just being a little lazy and not sticking to the plan. You know, I just get bored with the healthy stuff and cave into the chips and salsa or ice cream. It's time to get back on board with the exercise and simply eating less at night. Night food is my worst enemy. And it's especially hard when I have a retail schedule, 3 nights, one mid shift and an opening each week. That's hard on an old girl! It's harder to get out and walk when the weather is hot or even warm. Can't wait for the cooler weather to set in this fall. My new goal is to simply get below 140 lbs again. Then I can reset and aim for 130. We'll see.
