Finally, a move in the right direction. I've been pretty diligent about walking for the last few weeks, so hopefully, it's starting to show. However, recording my food is proving to be a bigger challenge. Onward downward!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
