Thanks everyone. I'm still trying to understand the FS app. My profile in Weight shows my performance as three and a half pounds a week. I'm no sure if that section represents actual weight loss or potential. Anyway, I haven't been losing that amount weekly. LOL I would ❤ it if I was 😄

@Losingtowin. The pop-up that tells you your weekly loss is a projection, based on your weight recording for that day, since the last recorded weight. So if you record a 2 lb loss 2days in a row, that's 4 lbs in two days, it might tell you that you're losing at a rate of 13 lbs/week. But that's not likely to happen. It's just a rate.
