Been sticking to diet plan last 3 weeks but haven’t been able to weigh so a bit of a shock to find I have gained weight. I’m back to weighing every week and must look at my portion control. Fingers crossed for a better week next week. Enjoy your week everyone.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
