This week has been going a bit better. I did eat out with my husband last night. I had steak, broccoli and coconut shrimp but he order cheddar cheese fries and I ate some. Oops
130.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
