Mixed "Mediterranean-Style" Veggies, riced cauliflower, seed ranch brand vegan cheese seasoning, dill relish, 1 Avocado, and beyond cookout classic patty.
Not pictured was the rest of my calories. A protein shake lol.
OMAD was just under 1450 calories today.
Also before and after pics so far. 1st is from Jan 16th (orange tee). Second is from Jan 31st (grey tee).
Can't see much difference, but my sides went away the most, and I lost inches of course.
