Bloat week so scales showing an upward move. This is a normal trend, so not too worried. Also, weekend eating habits were not the best. Baseball tournament on Saturday so very late lunch and when we did eat, was Whataburger (even ate the fries). Made taco salad for Father's Day but snacked a lot yesterday. I find that my bloat week I am wanting to snack alot, wanting lots of salty foods. Hello, that doesn't help with water retention. Had chips, popscicles, etc. Today started the 4-day Flat Belly Detox diet I have done in the past to help get the bloat off. I know the gain was a lot of water so I expect to be back under 158 by Friday.

Today began my revived workout program. Up early working out before family woke up. Evenings are just too hard with baseball late evenings. The boys want to swim when I get home from work normally so by the time we do that, eat, bath boys for bed, laundry, etc. finding it hard to get in workouts. This morning felt really good to be up at 5:00 doing the workout. Had intended to be up at 4:30 so I could get in the Shred workout then a mile on the treadmill, but overslept leaving only time for Shred. Having to leave the house earlier this week to drop my oldest son at my sister-in-laws in the mornings so he can attend VBS this week.

Here is to the beginning of a 5 day a week workout program. I was doing it February - early April, but have slacked off to much. I have 35 more pounds to go still, I am not at my goal yet so have to get there. Eating hasn't been too off track but I know I have slacked off too much in the exercise portion of this process.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your attitude is right on at the moment. Hopefully you can get your workouts in 5 days a week! That would be awesome!

Your new workout program sounds like a winner! And great plan to work out early and get it in before daily life gets in the way. You can do this!
