Afternoon FS fam!!

Jan 20
208.2 lbs
41.5" waist

I tried out omad earlier in the afternoon yesterday, instead of evening. I also backed off excess avocado yesterday. Between the two, it was a huge success!!

My next experiment that will hopefully be a success, is trying to get off my acid reflux medication. I have been on it for probably 15 years!! Saw a trick using ACV to naturally cure it. Worked for essentially 90% of the people that I read doing it. Did not work for those with a Hiatal Hernia. And to be honest, I am not even certain whether I have that issue or not. I have never been to an esophagus specialist since over 15 years ago lol.

Guess we shall see! I will keep yall posted.

I'm just a 34 year old dude trying to right all his wrongs with his health and body, in the most natural way(s) possible!!!

HeBrewZ: Bro, I appreciate it!!! I sure am!! All I lack is getting back into the gym, really!! I haven't weight lifted in 6 years, and I used to be a stout "gym rat" lol!!!!! I bicycle a lot but haven't even done that lately either. Lots of changes coming into my life!!! Congrats on your journey so far as well!!

And also HeBrewZ. It is still better than not starting at all!! Don't sweat it! I see our lives as a percent lol. 42 years of age is 42% complete!!! And this is not our permanent home!!!

Good luck! I'm just getting back into lifting. Been over a decade since I touched any weights. I'm in the process of setting up a home gym now. Power rack, weight bench, bumper plates, barbells and dumbbells. Prices has gotten crazy since covid and are only gonna go higher from what I hear! If you're looking to go the home gym route I suggest buying now instead of later. Wish you all the luck!

@pfduser Thanks bro! I appreciate it!! Yeah, undfortunately I have no space at all at my house, and I am not willing to park the cars outside of the garage haha. So for me, it will be a gym membership. Plus, I am an "in the environment" type of guy, so I actually like that routine of driving there, working out at the place, then heading to work. It's totally awesome for those that have a home gym setup!! I would probably get one once we move, but I am very into being at a gym but that may change if I had it here, who knows! I wish you the best of luck as well my friend!
