Morning fam! I started measuring my waistline too. To keep track. So let's start today with 42". Yesterday was 43". I am going to log it daily! Today I will be trying a different time frame of eating, but OMAD. Yesterday I ate earlier in the day but came off OMAD for some reflux relief. Have a great day!
