Happy Monday everyone!
It has been a crazy week. I have done a FULL week of the NutriMed program my doctor recommended. It is very similar to what a person would do on Nutrasystem. I am finding that I prefer "plated" foods. But I have committed to give it a try for a month and see what happens. But I do not believe this is my long term solution. I would not mind continuing the program using the shakes and bars but just one meal is hard for me. I can mix in snacks such as fruit and vegetables throughout the day.
