I was so excited to learn I'd lost 7 pounds today! Although it had been 3 weeks since I weighed in, I have a feeling that it happened in the last 2 weeks, since I adopted an anti-inflammatory diet.
Today I also finally called a nutritionist to set up an appointment. I'd just like a little extra support on this journey. Since I eliminated pastry from my diet, I have a hard time getting the recommended amount of calories--and I really want to treat my body well after all the cancer and car wreck challenges (which are really ongoing, although the cancer is gone.)
