it seems the egg diet does work. it is a very basic keto diet meant only a maximum of 5 days at a time or a minimum of 3 days. it's all water weight at this stage but I haven't even been able to to lose that lately.
208.3 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
