Fasting and trying to eat 1000 calories a day, seems to be working
272.7 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 116.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1131 kcal Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 53.97g | Carb: 141.91g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Strawberry, Banana & Chia Seeds Smoothie. Lunch: Mayonnaise , Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Tuna Wrap. Dinner: Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten), Chicken Drumstick, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Oranges , Pink Lady Apples, Scone with Fruit. more...
