WOW! 3lbs lost whilst away on holiday! (Mind you I did catch a dreadful heavy cold whilst up in Scotland so maybe haven't eaten as much as I would've done otherwise?)

256.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb. Still to go: 112.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week
