Day 3. I really need to get out and exercise but it's really hard to find the energy to take both my kids with me. Grr
213.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I used to pop mine in a double stroller, pop some music and go. There are tons of amazing workout dvd's you can do at home that will kick your butt in to shape and many are 30 minutes long. The weather will be getting nice. Take them to the park, chase them around. It's all about being active.
