While did not quite get out of the 160s by June 1st, I am close enough at 160.2. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have struggled with the 160s now for 2 months. Ups and downs on the scales, but I think I may finally bust through! I can't remember the last time I was in the 150s. Well before my oldest was born, as at my first OB appointment I was weighing 172 and then gained over 50 pounds. Not to really lose it either after having our oldest.

160.2 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2009:
1602 kcal Fat: 59.40g | Prot: 83.13g | Carb: 193.54g.   Breakfast: pineapple tidbits great value, Rice Krispies Cereal, good sense sunflower, milk 2%. Lunch: garlic toast, zucchini, squash, wild rice, chicken breast. Dinner: green beans, brown rice boil in bag, chicken breast, olive oil. Snacks/Other: frozen blueberries, good sense sunflower, milk 2%. more...

Congrats!!! Stay the course!!! You will continue to make progress and everyday you do not return to OLD habits and thinking you don't need to think about your body is a GOOD day and reason to celebrate!!! Before you know if you'll be running recklessly around your 121 acres with glee!!!

So close!! You're almost there and I KNOW you will get there by next weigh in. You'll be UNDER it!! Give it your all this last week before the BL challenge ends!! Good luck this week and month!

Thanks everyone. Wednesday is our second to last weigh in. The leaders (my boss and his wife) didn't weigh in last week as they were out of town. If I would weigh today I would be down 3 pounds, so the 1 pound I gained plus 2. I will be very pleased with that. The top 3 we are all very close. Since I gained last week, my boss thinks he has this now. However, he's been with Grandkids in Atlanta last week. Now this weeks he's baching it as his wife stayed in Atlanta through this Thursday. So he will probably make up for any poor eating last week with not eating much at night but popcorn, at least that was what he ate the last time she was gone. And since they were gone together, she didn't leave any leftovers. It will be close to the end, but win the $$ or not, it has really helped me stay focused. I might not have been as close to 150s today if the office wasn't challenging one another.

Hey a new low is always great to have! lala is right, you should be in your 150s next weigh in!

Way to go. I am envious. I can remember weighing 160 before my second pregnancy. It was much easier to find clothes that fit. You are a winner in my book.
