I'm staying with my original plan until my tummy fat is gone. I know fat decreases all over the body, not just the tummy. So at some point I'm going to have to say STOP! Then my challenge will be to add a few calories back but not gain weight. I plan to keep my exercise level the same, or possibly more. I've got to start walking on hills! It will be an interesting experiment...
