Mother's Day weekend was bad. Did well until then. Saturday night was spent at friends who are moving soon. We had hamburgers. I should have avoided the chocolate chip cookies, I ate 3. What was I thinking. Then 2 snack bags of chips. Yesterday did really well until late night Mexican food. Was only a Taco Salad but didn't eat til 8:45. Also didn't drink enough water this weekend, that didn't help. I will be back down I know, just hate I went up. Wednesday is our office BL weigh in so have to get back on track. We only have three weigh-ins to go.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are in good company. That saying about you can only eat just one (Lay's potato chip) is true for me. Same thing with my sugar cookies I made for a family get together. They just smell too good not to eat at least 3! So this morning breakfast was egg whites and spinach. :( Best wishes on your weigh-in at work.

I went over in my points yesterday too, so ur not alone! :) you're taking responsibility for what you ate, and that's great! you'll do great at the weigh in on wednesday!!

This is just a small blip on the journey you are on - forgive yourself and get back on track. YOU can do it!! I have seen a lot of journals that are in the same boat as you - me as well. Keep going!!
