Yeah! I dropped more than a pound while I was traveling. I was so worried I would get "off track" visiting my daughter and grandchildren. I took healthy snacks for the drive, made good choices when we went out to eat, and stocked up on things I needed at her grocery stores. Also made sure to get in plenty of exercise and lots of walks.
