I'm dissapointed in myself to lose the progress I had made by consuming over 1900 calories. I snacked too much on what was in front of me because my son had it out. I had logged it, but I didn't premeasure it. I also had a 1/8 slice of Red Barron Supreme after my husband offered it to me. I do feel dehydrated this morning as well, so I wonder if it's also water weight from consuming too much salt.
