Wow... when I keep close tabs on what I eat, I don't gain. When I don't I gain. I lose when I exercise. Ya think I should start exercising and recording what I eat on a regular basis? DUH! So why the hell do I go into these moods were I don't want to do either until the scale hits a new high?
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
