I missed my appointment so i didn't get to weigh myself, but yesterday i gave in and bought The Biggest Loser for Xbox360, because i know that Jillian Michaels is one scary woman and i'd feel more inclined to listen to her - even via video game.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
