Got to start being honest if I mean to be serious about this. I have so many excuses that are really laughable but at the end of the day I have to exercise (literally) some self-control. Some guys & girls on here are such good role models & quite inspirational. So... back to the drawing board, new day, new outlook and no more excuses. I owe it to myself to get cracking. Pep talk over, healthy food shopping and get off my posterior while I still can💪😂
