Can't seem to get off this plateau. I need to go back to my original regime of cottage cheese w/etc for breakfast, eliminate sugary foods again and have a big salads each night before eating dinner. That worked AND I wasn't hungry.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Ditto on the plateau :( Sugary foods definitely start to creep back in and sabotage everything.. Good luck getting off that plateau!
