Changing from Atkins to Paleo. It's not really a change for me much, I read "The Calorie Myth" and discovered that a caveman or "Paleo" is closer to my sensibilities.
Clean, clean eating. No allowance for garbage like bars or ranch dressing. If I wasn't made to eat it, I don't eat it form here on out.
