Cant understand it. Maybe my body just needs a nap. Been working out 10k steps a day and 7 days a week, but yesterday no time to eat but one meal. Hot lemon pepper chicken wings (5) and large fry crinkle fry from wing house. Oh and half a piece of fried catfish, cause I swiped it from my husbands plate. 🤪 Probably wasn’t the best meal, but who knew I’d gain a pound? Geez I only ate 1 time all day! Give me a break! Oh well, lots to do this weekend, maybe I will recover it and then some!
237.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
