Only a small drop but as I’m using bathroom scales & not fancier, more accurate inbody ones, it’s likely more. Had I not caved & had a medium cheeseburger meal yesterday arvo I might be 79 even now :/
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
