Got to get serious about this now! Both sons are well over 6ft tall, solid & strong 💪 but I weigh more than they do😱 30 pounds have to go. I’ve been saying it for about 15 years and yo-yoing around with a couple of pounds off & then putting them straight back on. It’s time to get serious!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
