Was going to say something everyday, but by the time I work, exercise, do dinner, kids and get a shower, I’m wiped! But today was a powerful feeling knowing I was 3 lbs into my next 50lb goal. Wahooo! 47 to go!
243.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
