Here are photos to show the truth about the 23.8 pounds I lost during this challenge!!!! YEA! I am so happy. Hopefully by my Friday WW weigh-in I might even see the 160s, even it just 169.8! Things are going so well this year weight wise for me, much better than last year. I just seem more focused. Sticking to points, but not letting the fool me this time. Last year I thought, hey Wendy's Small Frosty only 4 points, not taking into consideration the sugar, etc. This time focusing on points but also trying to watch sodium and sugar intake.

A thinner me by my 35th B-day here I come.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for sharing these! Your transformation is inspiring! You look fabulous! You are so right about the frosty being only 4 points but it has so much sugar. It usually get things so out of whack for my body and processing foods.
