My weight is up and down, up and down. My goal this week is to bust through the 170 mark.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know you can do it, but if it doesn't happen, don't get frustrated - your working out, and muscle weights more than fat! Good job so far!!!
