Went to have a peek at your food diary to see if there was something causing the loss but unfortunately not much there so can't give any suggestions. Are you exercising to much? Not getting enough carbs from the veggies or eating to much fat? Lots of areas you might fall into but sorry, don't know which it is. I've tried to stay within the magic 2 lbs up or down of goal, some days I eat more and exercise less than others though I often times have to move more and eat less too. It's a game now to see if you can maintain, sometimes it's harder than actually losing.
