Yesterday was NOT a healthy day by any means. My best friend and I went wine tasting...we didn't really do a huge amount of eating but we did drink quite a bit of wine. Luckily it's not a very common thing for us. Also, I just signed my son up for soccer and I have volunteered to be an assistant coach. I'm sure those little kids will make me exercise quite a bit. :)
