Have actually been sitting at this weight for almost a week. Neither up nor down. Can’t hold off logging it any longer...
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do actually weigh in every day, but don’t always log it. 2-3 times/week is plenty to see trend.
