Being more mindful about not eating past 8 pm and going back to drinking jamaica water to help with water retention. I want to exercise but I end up falling asleep on the sofa after I make dinner and watch the evening news.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too have been mindful about not eating past 8pm. At first it was hard but now I find I feel better in the morning when I do. No more indigestion.

First, awesome job💪🤗I’m trying the same thing! I have a snacky problem, well I did when I was on the prednisone, I’m doing so much better. Cheeze Its 😋 and yes, I’m falling asleep on the couch too watching the news, which I have also been refraining from watching as much as I was. With ya friend 💜💚
