Sticking close to what I am eating, just not getting butt up in am to workout. I don't know why it is so sticken hard! Planning to get on treadmill this evening and then kick off week right in the morning with an early morning workout. I know if I can do it just a few days in a row I will realize how wonderful I feel and keep it up. Just lacking workout motivation because I am so go, go, go right now. Next week will head to Fort Worth for my son's first major livestock show. So I will get in lots of walking just have to watch what I am eating there. Will be lots of eating out. I can and will do this!!!
